One Sticker, operated by One Date, values your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application (“App”).

When you sign up using email, Google, or Apple, we collect:

• Your name (for personalization)
• Your email address or associated ID

b. Device Information

We collect basic device data to:

• Prevent abuse of trial credits
• Improve app performance and security

c. Usage Data

We collect anonymous data about how you use the app (e.g., features accessed, timestamps), to improve the user experience.

2. Image Handling

When you upload a photo to generate a sticker sheet:

• We do not store the uploaded images
• The image is sent to a third-party API provider to process and generate the sticker
• These providers may store or process the image as per their terms

By uploading, you consent to this third-party handling.

Important: You must only upload images with at least one clear face for accurate generation.

3. Credit System

We store your credit balance (trial and purchased) under your One Sticker account. This allows credits to persist across devices or reinstallations.

4. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. While there is no strict age requirement for the app, if you are under 13, please use the app with parental supervision.

Note: Third-party services used in the app may have their own age restrictions.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

• Delete your account from the Profile Page in the app. This removes all saved data including sticker sheets and credits.
• Contact us at contact@onedate.app if you need help accessing or correcting your data.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after such updates means you accept the changes.
